Cynorevix S.A.S., Tax ID (C.U.I.T.) 30-71958624-7, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1450, Floor 7, Office B, C1042AAB, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is the controller of the personal data collected through cynorevix.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We may also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and date and time of access.
3. Purpose of the processing
The data is used to send you communications about new residential projects published on the platform, editorial updates about the Argentine real estate market and Cynorevix news. It is also used for aggregated analytical purposes and to improve the site.
4. Legal basis
The processing is carried out on the basis of the free, express and informed consent granted when completing the form, in accordance with National Law N° 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Retention
We keep the data as long as your subscription remains active. You can request unsubscription at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hola@cynorevix.com.

We do not transfer or sell your data. We may use email delivery and web analytics technology providers, which process the data on behalf of and under the instructions of Cynorevix subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
